Qualifications

- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Demonstrated ability to secure government research grants
- Experience leading teams of 5+ researchers

- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil)
