Responsibilities
- Design and execute novel machine learning algorithms for next-generation AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-AI integration and neural network optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences with 10+ citations
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, probability, and optimization
- Experience with quantum computing APIs or hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Proven ability to lead complex research projects from conception to implementation
- Demonstrated passion for solving grand challenges in AI ethics and safety
