Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for quantum-enhanced AI systems

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI and quantum computing journals
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent at least 3 AI innovations annually
- Collaborate with futurists to model long-term societal impacts of AI advancements

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years research experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI with >50 citations per paper
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Deep understanding of 2026 AI regulatory compliance requirements
- Track record of securing $1M+ in government or corporate research grants
- Experience with federated learning and decentralized AI systems
