Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems
- Proven track record of publishing at top-tier AI conferences (ICML, CVPR, ACL)
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment
- Experience with large-scale model training on 100+ GPU clusters
- Ability to secure federal research grants (NSF, DARPA) preferred
