Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI
- Develop patent-pending algorithms in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Author 3-5 peer-reviewed publications annually in Nature/Science/NeurIPS venues
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers through our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Translate theoretical frameworks into production-ready AI solutions serving 10M+ users
- Represent FutureTech at global AI summits including Davos and AI World Congress
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published record in top-tier ML conferences (ICML, NeurIPS, CVPR) with 20+ citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and distributed ML systems
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production deployment experience
- Strong background in quantum computing principles or neuromorphic hardware
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in research grants from NSF/NIH/DARPA
- Fluency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
