Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead quantum machine learning research initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Develop ethical AI frameworks that align with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and present at NeurIPS/ICML conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA research grants annually
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into deployable enterprise solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of securing government/industry research funding
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Experience with distributed computing at petabyte-scale datasets
