Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum AI or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years publishing in Nature/Science on ML breakthroughs
- Expertise in transformer architectures and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in research grants
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
