Responsibilities
- Lead development of novel AI architectures for 2026-era applications including AGI precursors and ethical autonomous systems
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging D-Wave and IBM quantum processors
- Pioneer multi-modal AI frameworks integrating vision, language, and predictive analytics for real-time adaptation
- Collaborate with neuromorphic computing teams to create brain-inspired processing solutions
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for superintelligent AI systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science AI journals with 3+ annual publications
- Mentor PhD researchers in next-generation AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) with 15+ citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum machine learning
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into production-grade systems
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, alignment, and safety protocols
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and cognitive modeling
