Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years in quantum machine learning
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR (2020-2023)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Track record of deploying AI systems at scale (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware
- Strong background in AI ethics and alignment research
