Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor PhD researchers and guide cross-functional innovation sprints
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for edge AI deployment
- Present findings at global symposia including AI Frontiers 2026
- Collaborate with ethics committees to ensure responsible AI development
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced ML research with 2+ publications in top-tier venues
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and tensor network computations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale distributed training systems
- Strong background in differential geometry and topological data analysis
- Published work on explainable AI or federated learning
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
