Responsibilities
- Architect novel deep learning models for multi-modal data processing (text, vision, audio)
- Lead R&D initiatives in explainable AI and bias mitigation frameworks
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical-quantum neural networks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for 2026-era AI capabilities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI implementation strategy
- Develop benchmarking protocols for next-gen model evaluation
- Present findings at premier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Published work in top-tier ML/NLP/CV venues (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and alignment research
- Experience with distributed computing (Ray, Horovod) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial applications
