Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen AI paradigms (neuromorphic computing, AGI alignment, ethical AI frameworks)
- Develop and implement novel algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to accelerate AI training processes
- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
- Translate theoretical concepts into practical applications with real-world impact
- Represent FutureTech at global AI policy forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on research in advanced AI/ML systems
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals
- Expertise in at least two of: deep learning architectures, quantum algorithms, reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
