Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-inspired neural architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing explainable AI frameworks for regulatory compliance
- Publish top-tier research at NeurIPS/ICML conferences with 3+ annual publications
- Architect federated learning systems across 100M+ device networks
- Drive innovation in neuromorphic computing with 7nm+ chip integration
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 10TB+ dataset handling
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq)
- Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation frameworks
- Experience with distributed ML on Kubernetes/GKE
