Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences and journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through technical workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in machine learning and neural networks
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate research into practical applications
