Responsibilities

- Lead quantum machine learning projects with 500+ qubit processors
- Develop ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis in enterprise environments
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates and Turing Award winners on blue-sky research
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Prototype commercializable solutions with 18-month productization roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough work)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with 2+ publications in top-tier venues
- Mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed AI systems with >1M users
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
