Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead quantum computing integration projects to accelerate AI training by 1000x
- Develop ethical frameworks for bias mitigation in large-scale language models
- Collaborate with neuroscience teams to create brain-inspired learning algorithms
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI conferences annually
- Prototype and validate generative AI systems for healthcare diagnostics
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade deep learning systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative models
