Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced AI algorithms for predictive modeling and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and bio-inspired AI
- Develop patent-pending solutions for real-time language processing and emotional AI
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum hybrid computing architectures
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D challenges
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercial applications with Fortune 100 partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced AI research with peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum neural networks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum simulation tools
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, generative adversarial networks, and reinforcement learning
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed training systems
- Track record of commercializing AI research with measurable impact metrics
- Strong background in ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
