Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-entangled neural networks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional research on ethical AI alignment and bias mitigation protocols
- Develop adaptive ML models capable of real-time environmental learning and self-optimization
- Author peer-reviewed publications on emerging AI paradigms and their societal impacts
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design neuromorphic computing architectures
- Establish industry standards for transparent AI decision-making frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI ethics and quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Neuroscience
- 5+ years of research experience in quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Published work on AI ethics, bias mitigation, or explainable AI systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Strong background in Bayesian neural networks and transfer learning
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into practical implementations
