Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects to completion
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Experience with large-scale model training (>100B parameters)
- Patents or open-source contributions in AI/ML domain
