Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for next-generation AI agents
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum machine learning applications
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring human oversight in autonomous systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier AI journals and present at global symposiums
- Mentor junior researchers in cutting-edge AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of experience in neural network architecture design
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into practical applications
