Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era autonomous decision frameworks
- Publish research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) with 3+ annual targets
- Secure $2M+ in government grants for next-gen AI safety initiatives
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for real-time neural network optimization
- Mentor PhD researchers and collaborate with MIT/Stanford innovation labs
- Present findings at global tech conferences including Web Summit and AI Expo
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years of applied research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, or similar quantum AI frameworks
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Proficiency in Python, CUDA, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with large-scale LLM fine-tuning and ethical AI frameworks
- Strong background in differential geometry and topological data analysis
