Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for real-time language processing and multi-modal AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Author patents and peer-reviewed publications on quantum-enhanced machine learning techniques
- Prototype solutions for climate modeling, personalized medicine, and autonomous urban mobility
- Mentor PhD candidates and organize global hackathons for emerging AI talent
- Optimize neural networks for edge deployment on next-gen quantum processors
- Collaborate with policy advisors to shape AI governance frameworks for 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with 3+ years of industry research experience
- Published work at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >500 citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with experience on 10k+ GPU clusters
- Track record of shipping production AI systems serving >1M users
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and continuous model deployment
