Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research in quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Develop predictive models using multi-modal data streams (biometric, environmental, behavioral)
- Collaborate with robotics teams to integrate AI with physical systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure patents for breakthrough methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers through our AI Incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Track record of deploying production-scale ML systems at scale
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong background in computational neuroscience or neuromorphic engineering
