Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (2020-2026 graduates preferred)
- 5+ years in AI research with peer-reviewed publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and NISQ algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and distributed computing
- Demonstrated experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, IEEE 7000)
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems handling >10M daily transactions
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
