Responsibilities
- Lead research in next-gen AI architectures including transformer variants and quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Develop novel algorithms for multimodal AI systems processing text, audio, and quantum data
- Design scalable ML pipelines for real-time inference in edge computing environments
- Author patents and publish in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Mentor PhD candidates and lead cross-functional AI/quantum hybrid projects
- Translate research findings into production-ready solutions with 99.99% reliability
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published record in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Mastery of distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Dask) for large-scale experiments
- Proficiency in low-latency AI deployment on FPGA/quantum hardware
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research grants
- Fluency in Python/C++ with advanced optimization skills
