Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-enhanced AI systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in explainable AI and federated learning
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science journals and top AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and patent high-impact AI methodologies
- Partner with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Publication record in NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR with h-index >20
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven ability to secure NSF/NIH grants or equivalent industry funding
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, US NIST frameworks)
