Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for multi-modal data fusion
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum computing with classical AI systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Mentor PhD interns and collaborate with Stanford/UC Berkeley research teams
- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants for 2026 technology initiatives
- Patent at least two novel AI algorithms annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven ability to secure DoD/NSF research grants
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (Spark, Flink)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI bias mitigation techniques
- Strong background in computational neuroscience
