Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for quantum-accelerated cognitive computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AGI safety protocols and ethical frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, AI) with quarterly conference presentations
- Optimize human-AI symbiosis interfaces using biometric and neurofeedback systems
- Secure $10M+ in DARPA/NASA grants for frontier AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD fellows in our NeuroSync Academy fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Neuroscience, Quantum Computing, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in top AI/neuroscience journals (h-index > 25)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants ($5M+)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM Truenorth)
- Strong background in neuroethics and AI safety governance frameworks
