Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for natural language processing and computer vision

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in AI research with proven publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Experience with large-scale model training (LLMs, diffusion models)
- Ability to translate complex research into practical business applications
