Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate classical AI with emerging quantum computing paradigms for 2026 readiness.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for our AI infrastructure, collaborating closely with C-level executives and product teams.
- Algorithm Optimization: Research, prototype, and optimize deep learning models to run efficiently on hybrid quantum-classical hardware environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into our core products, ensuring performance meets enterprise-grade standards.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to determine the practical application of quantum advancements in current product lines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Machine Learning or Deep Learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
