Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid AI-quantum solutions for real-world applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize algorithm performance on next-generation systems
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum-AI frameworks
- Secure and manage research grants from government and private sector partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related computational field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in advanced neural network architectures and deep learning frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent venues
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, or Azure Quantum)
