Responsibilities
- Develop quantum-resistant AI frameworks for financial services and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-entangled computing architectures
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize breakthrough research
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Identify emerging tech threats and opportunities through horizon scanning
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years implementing AI solutions at enterprise scale
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and quantum assembly languages
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one
