Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI strategy leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and hybrid systems
- Experience securing federal or corporate research grants
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Patent portfolio or commercialization success preferred
