Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Design and implement novel deep learning architectures targeting next-generation AI capabilities (2026 standards).
- Model Optimization: Optimize large-scale model training and inference pipelines using distributed computing and GPU clusters.
- Deployment: Deploy and maintain robust AI models in production environments using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing applications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, conduct technical code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and research papers to share insights with the broader technical community.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Cloud & Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and version control systems (Git).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
