- Create ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and transparency

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks and distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent patents
- Experience deploying ML models at scale with >99.9% uptime SLAs
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks
