Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning infrastructure capable of handling billions of parameters and real-time inference.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging paradigms such as Multimodal AI and Autonomous Agent frameworks.
- Optimize Performance: Drive efficiency in training pipelines and model deployment using advanced quantization and distributed computing techniques.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, transparency, and safety in large-scale model deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-velocity environments.
