Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability distributed systems for large-scale machine learning workloads.
- Optimize training and inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve model efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI models into production infrastructure.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and fault tolerance across all cloud and on-premise environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system architecture.
- Research and evaluate emerging hardware accelerators (e.g., TPUs, GPUs) to maximize performance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, distributed systems, or infrastructure architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
