- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-availability, distributed systems optimized for large-scale machine learning workloads and quantum simulations.
- Cloud Strategy: Lead the adoption and optimization of cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) to reduce latency and maximize compute efficiency.
- AI Pipeline Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data ingestion, model training, and deployment pipelines to ensure seamless integration.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) to prepare our infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record managing infrastructure on major cloud platforms.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, high-stakes technical challenges under pressure.
