Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI trends, quantum computing, and predictive analytics to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futuristic technologies into current product pipelines.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data privacy compliance.
- Present strategic vision to executive leadership, securing buy-in for high-budget innovation projects.
- Monitor global market shifts to pivot strategies proactively, ensuring competitive advantage by 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, AI strategy, or high-level technology consulting.
- Proven track record of forecasting and executing long-term technological visions (5+ year horizon).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning architectures, NLP, and generative AI capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
