- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems

Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or ML model auditing
- Expertise in AI frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of socio-technical implications of autonomous systems
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., Google AI Principles)
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
