Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, forecasting technological disruptions and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases across industries
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen AI systems (AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Represent the company at global tech forums, publishing thought leadership on AI evolution
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal futurist talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, with proven experience in Fortune 500 tech transformation
- Expertise in forecasting emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or future studies (top-tier journals/conferences)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US federal AI initiatives)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies
