- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system architecture for enterprise applications
- Produce strategic whitepapers on metaverse interoperability standards
- Coordinate with UN Tech Advisory Board on sustainable AI development
- Oversee implementation of decentralized identity verification systems
- Mentor emerging talent in future technologies through Horizon's incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurology with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record developing commercial AI products with >$100M impact
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Certification in quantum computing algorithms (IBM Quantum, D-Wave)
- Experience with metaverse development engines (Unity, Unreal Engine 5)
- Fluency in predictive analytics tools (TensorFlow Probability, Pyro)
