Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 AI strategic vision, aligning quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business roadmaps
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies like AGI timelines, neural interface integration, and decentralized AI ecosystems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies to shape AI policy and ethical standards
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers while maintaining hands-on prototyping of bleeding-edge AI systems
- Present strategic insights at global tech summits and industry conferences to position Horizon Dynamics as thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years of AI research experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, and generative adversarial networks
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes across 15+ countries
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with experience presenting to executive boards and legislative bodies
