- Identify and validate emerging AI applications in climate tech, personalized medicine, and autonomous systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor AI ethics and policy specialists across global offices
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, or Futurism with 8+ years applied experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or policy journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI)
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in emerging AI paradigms: AGI safety, explainable AI, and federated learning
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
