Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ implementation across healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces) into product vision
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI's societal impact and ROI
- Partner with research institutions to pioneer human-AI collaboration models
- Drive adoption of responsible AI practices across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism
- Published research in AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Expertise in quantum computing applications and neural interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts
