As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and ethical AI specialists to develop frameworks for responsible AI deployment. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies while maintaining our commitment to inclusive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and risks
- Develop predictive models for societal impacts of AI adoption across industries
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including government bodies
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Produce annual 'Tech Horizon 2026' forecast publication
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in foresight planning
- Published research on quantum machine learning or neuro-symbolic AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech transformation
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping
