Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of commercializing AI technologies with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in federated learning, differential privacy, and post-quantum cryptography
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers across 3+ countries
