Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI, neural-symbolic integration, and autonomous decisioning
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize AI-algorithm development
- Present future-state AI visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to embed predictive AI capabilities into core offerings
- Monitor global AI policy shifts and adapt strategies proactively
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography implications for AI
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating >$50M revenue
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
