Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI disruptors and opportunities
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D on neuromorphic computing prototypes
- Pioneer human-AI symbiosis methodologies for next-gen interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to production-level deployments
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in strategic technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with autonomous system design and human-computer interaction
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
