Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ AI strategic roadmap with 5-year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI technologies and ethical frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with business growth
- Develop AI governance policies for responsible deployment at scale
- Present future AI scenarios to investors and board members
- Mentor junior researchers in AI ethics and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent experience with 10+ years in AI strategy
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proven track record in deploying enterprise-scale AI systems
- Deep expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and edge computing
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI transformation
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
